QIR-4D v1.3.0 Released: New Features and Enhancements

Advancing 4D Flow MRI Analysis

CASIS is pleased to announce the release of QIR-4D v1.3.0, introducing new features and improvements to support advanced 4D Flow MRI analysis.

This latest version brings enhanced segmentation capabilities, improved analysis tools, and additional quantitative flow parameters to support cardiovascular imaging research.

Key Features and Improvements

  • AI-Powered Aortic Segmentation

Aortic segmentation can now be performed at every time step or based only on systolic geometry, offering greater flexibility in the segmentation workflow.

  • Bounding-Box ROI Definition

A targeted region of interest (ROI) can be defined using a bounding box, particularly useful when working with DICOM studies containing large datasets.

  • Improved Centerline Detection

Enhancements to the centerline detection process support the aortic analysis workflow.

  • Additional Flow Parameter Exports

New export options for additional flow parameters support more comprehensive quantitative analysis.

  • Regurgitant Fraction Quantification

Implementation of a standard calculation method for regurgitant fraction quantification.

Continuous Improvements

In addition to these new features, QIR-4D v1.3.0 includes numerous fixes and enhancements aimed at improving the overall user experience.

At CASIS, we remain committed to continuously advancing our cardiovascular imaging solutions and providing researchers with innovative tools for quantitative imaging analysis.
