After six years of collaboration, the PACIFIC project has reached an important scientific milestone with the publication of a new study in Nature Communications.
PACIFIC brought together academic, clinical and industry partners with a shared ambition: to improve the understanding of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) through a multidisciplinary approach combining clinical data, cardiovascular imaging, biomarkers and advanced data analysis.
As a partner in the project, CASIS is proud to have contributed its expertise in cardiovascular imaging analysis and medical imaging software to this long-term scientific collaboration.
The newly published PACIFIC-PRESERVED study highlights the value of multimodal data analysis for identifying distinct profiles among patients with HFpEF. These findings contribute to a better understanding of this complex and heterogeneous condition and open new perspectives for more precise patient stratification.
This achievement reflects the complementary expertise of the PACIFIC partners, including Sanofi, project leader, Servier, AP-HP, BIOSerenity, Firalis, Fealinx and CASIS.
